In accordance with law, Stanton ISD must receive written parental consent before a student is permitted to participate in a District- or campus-authorized or sponsored club. This form must be completed prior to student participation in a club. This form is good for the 2026-2027 school year and must be completed for each child that attends SISD.

The safety of our students is our highest priority. In order to ensure the well-being of every child, Stanton ISD requires that all students wear a seatbelt at all times while riding in a school vehicle. Wearing a seatbelt is not only a state law, but also a critical safety measure that protects your child in the event of an accident or sudden stop.
Failure to wear a seatbelt while on a school vehicle will result in a disciplinary write-up, as safety rules must be followed at all times.
