We will be giving out information about the Spring/Fall Leagues, Summer Camps/Showcases, and Summer workout schedules.

GIRLS BASKETBALL PARENT MEETING!!!
If your daughter will be attending the High School next year and plans on playing basketball, there will be a parent meeting on March 5th at 6:00 PM in the Game Gym. We will be giving out information on the Spring, Summer, and Fall Leagues and Camps.
All 6th-8th grade students who are interested in trying color guard (flags) come on out to our Middle School Spin Clinic on Thursday February 15 from 5:30-7:30 pm in the SMS Band Hall! You will meet some of our current SHS Color Guard Members, have pizza and drinks, and learn the routine to the SHS Fight Song! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN BAND TO TRY THIS! See you there!

Regular school attendance is essential to student success. If your student is absent, please send them with a Dr. or parent note when they return. You have 3 days, once they return to submit notes. Parents may write up to 3 parent notes per semester. If no note is provided, the absence will remain Unexcused. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Stanton ISD will be conducting a lock out/down drill today at approximately 8:10 AM. This is just a preparedness drill so that our students and staff know what to do in the event of an emergency. ALL outside doors will be locked and visitors will not be allowed in during the time of the drill. Administrators and our school resource officers will conduct this drill in an effort to maximize our safety needs and procedures for all students and staff. Normal operations will return as soon as the drill is deemed successful. Thanks for helping us to both educate and keep your child(ren) safe.

SMS Parents and families, Christmas Band Concert and One Act Play Friday 15th December 10:00-11:45 am at the Stanton High School Auditorium. Doors open at 9:15 am. If you Pre-register, please bring your driver’s license as badges will be preprinted. If you do not preregister, you will have to wait in line to have your driver’s license scanned through Raptor at the Auditorium. Doors will close art 10:00am. We look forward to seeing you.

Monday Night's Jr. High Girl's Basketball Games (12/4) will be 7th Grade A at 5:30 and 8th Grade A at 6:30.
