Today kicked off our Annual Snowball Challenge. This is a competition within each grade level. The winners will win a popsicle party. Cotton balls can be purchased for 25 cents. Sales end Friday, Feb. 7 at 9 am. All proceeds will go to our activity fund.
Stanton Elementary will be having a Color Run on March 20th. If you do NOT want your child to participate, please email by the end of this month rdolan@stanton.esc18.net
Special announcement for Stanton ISD. No school Monday February 3, 2025. We are cancelling classes to allow our maintenance and custodial team to perform a deep clean during our sick season. Classes will resume Tuesday Feb 4, 2025. The JR High will still play their basketball games as scheduled for Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Elementary GT projects will be on display today from 4:30-5:30 pm in the cafeteria. Enter through the back doors and check out these students' hard work! If you have questions or would like more information on our GT program, GT staff will be available to answer questions. Nominations must be submitted by this Friday, Jan. 31.

The high school NHS is sponsoring a family Sweetheart Dance on Feb. 6 from 6:00-8:30 pm the SHS Commons. $20 at the door for each adult/student duo and $5 for each additional student. For grades K-4 only.
Remember, no school on Monday.

Stanton Elementary recognizes our local school board members for all the behind the scenes work they do to help SISD be successful. Our board members are: President Jeremy Louder, Vice President Reggie Franklin, Secretary Jana Cook and members Tiffany Carson, Brandon Ireton, Kelly Allred, and Ramiro Reyes.
