
If you did not receive a car placard at meet the teacher, please stop by the office today between 1-4 and pick one up. This will help our dismissal process go much smoother. Beginning Thursday, a school issued car placard must be displayed in order to pick your child up through the dismissal line.

Next week, we will have the required on-site portion of your registration process. ALL students must provide a proof of residency (current electric, gas or water bill (cannot be a disconnect notice or deposit) or a current lease with a beginning and end date) and complete a few forms in person. We will be open Monday - Thursday from 8-11:30 and 1-4 July 29- August 1. We will have one make-up day on August 7 8-4, but closed for lunch.
All these things must be done in order to get on a class list for meet the teacher August 9th and the first day of school August 13.

Parent Portal is back online.

Parent Portal will be down for maintenance. We will send out a notification when it is back online.

Residency verification and "meet the teacher" dates have been set. ALL students must have completed online registration and provide proof of residency by August 1st to be placed on a class list. Residency forms accepted are: current (within 30 days and not a disconnection notice) water, gas, or electric bills, or signed/dated lease or mortgage statement. If you must complete an affidavit, both you and the property owner will have to attend together during this time. The office will be open July 29-August 1 from 8-11:30 and 1:00-4:00 each day for you to take care of this.



Registration is ongoing through our online system. Your child will not be able to start school or be placed on a teacher’s roster until you complete this critical step before August 1, 2024. I have emailed out parent portal ID information to parent/guardians who have not created accounts as of last week. This is for ALL students - new or returning. Don't forget, if you need assistance with the online registration for your child, tomorrow is the final day until August. The computer lab at the high school will be open and staff will be on hand to assist!

*** Summer Strength and Conditioning Information ***
This Summer, both Boys and Girls will be doing Strength and Conditioning at the same time.
We will start on June 3rd and will go every Monday through Thursday starting at 7:00AM and going through 8:30 AM. Each Head Coach will communicate their Sports Specific Training Schedules to the athletes.
We will be using a Summer Specific SportsYou to communicate with everyone. All Boys and Girls who are going into 7th-12th Grades should join this group. A weekly schedule will be sent out every Sunday afternoon and any changes or updates will be sent out as soon as possible.

Physicals for the 2024-2025 School Year will be held on Tuesday, May 21st.
Who needs a physical?
-Any student who is entering the 7th, 9th, or 11th Grade wishing to participate in Band or Athletics.
-Any student who has been under Doctor's Care.
-Any first time participant.
High School Students will be able to get their physicals at the High School from 8:15 A.M.- 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 21st.
Middle School Students will be able to get their physicals at the Middle School from 8:15 A.M.- 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 21st.
Prior to getting your physical, you must fill out and bring the Medical History Form. Medical History forms can be picked up at the High School and Middle School Front offices.

All currently enrolled students need to make sure they have a parent portal account to complete registration for the 24-25 school year, which is currently open. We will have two days in summer to assist you if needed. All students will need to submit proof of residency in August - be watching for posted dates.
