Don't forget the Stanton Old Settlers Day Parade is this Saturday! The Stanton Parade Band (open to any current or former Stanton Band members) will have a brief practice/organizational meeting on Friday July 7 from 7 pm-8 pm in the SHS Band Hall. Congratulations to the SHS band for advancing to the area round in the ATSSB Outstanding Performance Contest! The band submitted three recordings from their UIL contest and all three pieces have advanced. First and Second place in the concert selections and second place in the march category. Way to go "Best Band Herd!"
